Skullcap, a member of the mint family, promotes relaxation and may support healthy sleep. This is a great herb to take before bed. Skullcap may also support healthy blood flow throughout the body.

Skullcap gets its name from its pale purple or blue flowers, which look something like a helmet worn by early American settlers. Skullcap provides a calming effect for many people and can support healthy sleep.

We source our Skullcap from the eastern United States, where it originates. This powerful herb grows and thrives primarily in swamplands. We receive this herb dry and activate the many beneficial properties within the plant through our extraction process. Our extraction process has been used consistently over the past two decades to produce only the highest quality therapeutic herbal extracts.
