Fennel Seed is an herb with a licorice-like flavor that is often used to promote good oral health. Our Fennel Seed extract is great for supporting healthy digestion and function throughout the digestive tract, especially when used before and after meals.

Fennel Seed is a Mediterranean herb originally brought to North America by Spanish priests. In the Middle Ages, it was often hung-over doorways to protect against witchcraft. This herb has long been used as a common cooking spice in many cultures to prevent gas and an upset stomach. We receive this herb dry and activate the many beneficial properties within the plant through our extraction process.
