Ashwagandha Extract

Ashwagandha is a wonderful Ayurvedic herb that helps to promote vitality and support healthy adrenals, as well as support a healthy urinary tract and kidney function. Considered an "adaptogen," this herb can be used to help the body cope with and adjust to life's daily stressors by promoting healthy cortisol production.

Closely related to the common tomato, Ashwagandha, is native to India, where we source this shrub-like plant. The name Ashwagandha means "smell of horse" which refers to the aroma of the fresh root/herb. We receive this herb dry, then activate its beneficial properties through our extraction process.
